We want you to love your Yitty x ThredUp finds, but if you are not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Please note that a small restocking fee applies to all processed returns to help support our circular fashion mission.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to your return package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your return to ensure your request remains valid.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your items, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee within 5 to 7 business days.
