What kind of items can I send in my Clean Out Kit?
We accept women's and kids' apparel, shoes, and accessories. Items should be in good condition, free of stains or damage, and from brands ranging from value to luxury. Please note that we cannot accept intimates or heavily worn shapewear for resale.
How do I redeem my Yitty shopping credit?
Once your items are processed and sold (or immediately for select brands), your credit will be issued as a digital gift card or promo code sent to your email. You can apply this code at checkout on the Yitty website.
Can I return Yitty items purchased through thredUp?
Yes, most items purchased on thredUp are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
